Do you offer Free Estimates?

Absolutely. Earthtech Landscapes offers free consultations and estimates based off of our initial visit and the project that we discussed. Going into more detail with drawings and planning depends on your intent. We do offer Free plans as long as we do the majority of the project. What is you Design Process, Can I do anything to prepare for our initial consult?

Earthtech Landscapes takes a comprehensive approach when it comes to design. We like to involve our homeowners as much as we can and expose them to all the material options and finishes. First, we look at your wants and needs and order them accordingly. We then explore the uses of your spaces, Entertaining, Cornhole, you get the drift… We also take a look at problems like drainage, access issues, and anything we need to pay close attention to. Finally, there is the fun stuff, but I won’t divulge the whole process! You will have to schedule a consultation where we can take a deep dive into a creating a well thought out space!

We ask that homeowners collect three photos of landscapes that they like overall. We also ask that you find three examples of things you want to incorporate in your project. This could be a seat wall, a water feature, or some unique feature. If you need Help, we are always happy to assist. Like any project you should have a good time with it and Earthtech Landscapes is ready to deliver a great experience all along the way.

What is your Availability and when can you start?

This is a common question and obviously it is specific to the time in which it is asked. We would like to make these points though; We are at the mercy of the weather, and precipitation can move a whole schedule back. We like to remind our customers that we are on a first come first served basis so the sooner your contract is signed and you are on the schedule we do not give up your spot. We check in regularly to let you know what is happening and you will receive Email notifications of scheduled visits to your property.

Does Earthtech Landscapes offer a warranty?

At Earthtech Landscapes we warranty all of our installations for a period of 12 months. This warranty is limited but basically plants and workmanship are all covered. The details are outlined in all of our contracts.

Can Earthtech Landscapes just do a Design?

Yes, Earthtech Landscapes can just offer a design that is done under an hourly design contract. We prefer to do the installation or at least 50% of it and then you don’t ask you to pay for the design. Our intent is design build. All of our designs are estimated down to the fitting, and the scaled drawings are construction documents. Contact us for details.
