Outdoor Lighting

In our opinion Outdoor Lighting is the Landscape version of a ceramic coating! This isn’t for your car, it’s for your home! It showcases your home, and protects it…so you see the analogy…Hopefully! We believe that well placed lights giver you not only another world to enjoy in the evening, but will make your home look like one that is in another price point. When I put in high-quality low voltage lighting in at my house in 30 days my neighbors had done their best to copy it, as they definitely noticed! They didn’t run the wires or spend what I did on fixtures, because it takes a pro to do something like that and solar lights just don’t cut it, and can’t even compare. We use high quality brass fixtures with led lights that can be individually changed, put on zones, and timed to specific days of the week and times of the day.

Here are some other reasons why Outdoor Landscape Lighting is a Game changer:

1. Enhanced Curb Appeal

  • Highlights landscaping and architecture: Well-placed lighting can showcase trees, pathways, garden beds, water features, or stonework.

  • Increases property value: A well-lit exterior often adds to perceived home value and makes the home more attractive to buyers.

2. Increased Safety

  • Illuminates walkways and steps: Reduces the risk of trips and falls, especially for guests unfamiliar with your property layout.

  • Lights up driveways and entrances: Helps avoid accidents when parking or walking at night.

3. Improved Security

  • Deters intruders: Criminals are less likely to approach a well-lit property.

  • Eliminates dark zones: Reduces places where someone could hide, especially near doors, windows, or backyard spaces.

4. Extended Outdoor Living

  • Allows use of patios, decks, and gardens after dark: Perfect for entertaining or relaxing outdoors in the evening.

  • Creates ambiance: Use warm or colored lights to enhance the atmosphere for parties, dinners, or quiet nights.

5. Energy-Efficient and Smart Options

  • LED lights: Last longer and use less electricity than traditional bulbs.

  • Smart lighting systems: Can be scheduled, dimmed, or motion-activated via apps or voice control (e.g., Alexa, Google Assistant).

6. Customization & Flexibility

  • Zoning: Different lighting effects for front yard, backyard, garden, or pool areas.

  • Mood and function: Combine uplighting, downlighting, path lighting, and spotlights to meet both aesthetic and practical needs.

  • Holidays: Each light can be independently color changed and you may never have to do any holiday lighting again!
